These entities make unsolicited phone offers, calls, or just repeatedly dial phone numbers, which can be very annoying and disruptive. The application will usually alert you to annoying or marketing calls, eliminating the concern of whether you should answer the call or not. It also allows you to block unsolicited and advertising calls based on set ratings.
